Booking & Reservations
You can book through our website using the booking form, call us directly at +91 98765 43210, or send a WhatsApp message. We'll confirm availability and send you a detailed quote within minutes.
We need your name, contact number, pickup/drop locations, travel dates, number of passengers, and preferred vehicle type. Any special requirements can also be mentioned.
Yes, we offer one-way trips, round trips, and multi-day tours. One-way trips may have additional return charges depending on the destination.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for local trips and 1 week for outstation trips, especially during peak season or holidays.
Pricing & Payments
Our rental includes the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, basic insurance, and driver's accommodation for outstation trips. Toll taxes, state permits, and parking charges are extra.
We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and all major credit/debit cards. A 20-30% advance is required to confirm your booking.
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All charges are communicated upfront. Extra charges may apply for night driving (after 10 PM), additional kilometers beyond the package, or waiting charges.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
